| Details: | I contacted the operator & let him know that the routine sample taken on 10/8 was positive for total coliform. He said the lab had let him know & will take 3 repeat samples as well as a source sample at the well. I let him know a level 1 investigation would be triggered if any of the follow up samples are positive for coliform. | ||
