| Details: | Rick contacted me before I reached out to him. He stated that the repeat samples had all come back positive however the triggered sample did come back clean. He will be flushing the system and taking a special sample to ensure the system is clean. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 temporary routine samples during the month of November. |
