| Details: | An alert was generated on 10/1/19 for an HAA5 result of 0.0661 mg/l from sampling completed on 9/25/19. Brad Daniels followed up by increasing sampling on 10/3/19 for the system. I left a message for Buck Miller letting him know that quarterly sampling was to be done from 10/1/19 – 09/30/20 at both sites (Whalen Island Park and the 24840 Sandlake Rd sample site), beginning with their December 2019 sampling. I also e-mailed this information to Jason Green, who is the operator in Direct Responsible Charge. Compliance will be based on the location running annual average (LRAA) of the quarterly sampling. | ||
