| Details: | emailed Jerry and Amanda following a tc+ repeat sample 10/20. System had routine positive at south sample port and repeats and triggered absent except North sample station. System had a similar event in August. System will chlorinate and I will make site visit asap and conduct level 2 investigation. Reminded system that disinfection may be required if 3 or more confirmed TC+ in any 12 month period. System will take routine sample(s) in early November following chlorine and flushing. System supplies individual private cisterns. | ||
