| Details: | Regarding the Lead and Copper Rule, DMCE notes there is no water quality minimum for EP-C and no parallel corrosion control treatment on that entry point. Gary confirms there is no corrosion control currently in use. The phosphate treatment was discontinued about a year or longer before the 2016 lead and copper sampling. Given that time-lag, any remaining coating in distribution should have been gone by 2016 sampling, which had low lead and copper concentrations. Thus, at this time no corrosion control is needed and Junction City should stay on their current sampling schedule. | ||
