Details:	I emailed Matt the EP and DIST pH monitoring forms along with instructions. WS is to start pH monitoring right away and begin submitting monthly EP forms to OHA DWS. I let Matt know that OHA will soon be running violations for these forms and they need to start submitting them to avoid violations. I also left a phone message for Matt to call me back with any questions.
