| Details: | One of the repeat samples taken on 10/24/2019 tested positive for total coliform. Jamie Porter, acting on behalf of the system operator (Craig) stated that he had already acquired the level 1 investigation form and would take 3 routine samples in the following month. Jamie stated that the level 1 investigation form would be submitted to Lane County Environmental Health within 30 days. Jamie believed that a dirty hose-bib at the sample site was the culprit for the positive result. |
