| Details: | JEFF MCELRATH CALLED reporting his routine sample was reported as showing TC present. We reviewed the requirement for follow-up of a sample from the same site as yesterday's sample a second within a couple sites upstream, a third within a couple sites downstream with each of the three to be labeled as repeat samples. A 4th sample marked as source is to be collected from the wellhead. I asked to be notified if any of the repeat samples showed TC present to consider further follow up as in the month of November 3 temporary routines will be due and if there is a problem identified via the repeat samples it will be good to make correction prior to collecting the November samples. We also talked about protocols to use additional disinfection (or chlorine shock) when any work is done to piping especially in the distribution system. |
