Details:	I spoke with Dan Perkins about the compliance schedule for lead and copper at Shady Acres MHP. After reviewing sample results from June and July 2019 and discussing the situation with Russ Kazmierczak, I confirmed with Mr. Perkins that I would close the compliance schedule for treatment installation. I also reminded Mr. Perkins that if future samples appear to be collected at inappropriate sites or aren't representative of normal drinking water, he should try to have the samples invalidated and replaced as soon as possible. In this case it seems like the sample could have been invalidated but it wasn't. I also mentioned that if future samples exceed the action level, treatment will be required without the possibility to suspend the treatment process.
