| Details: | Left phone voice message regarding positive coliform sample taken on 6-6-18. Specifically, I mentioned the 4 samples that need to be taken by 6-7-18 to submitted to the lab for analysis. 6-8-18 Contact operator and relay information regarding repeat samples that are required. 6-11-18 Contact operator to confirm samples taken. He claims that 3 distribution samples were taken on 6-8-18. Triggered sample was taken on 6-11-18 as the raw water tap was "frozen". He contacted a pump company who repaired this tap which then allowed him to take a source sample a few days later. |
