| Details: | On October 28, 2019, a Water Quality Alert was received for the McNulty Water PUD drinking water system, (PWS#4100725) stating that a water sample test result showed an arsenic concentration of 0.019 mg/l, which is above the MCL of 0.01 mg/l. On October 29, I spoke on the phone with Shannon from McNulty Water PUD. She said that they are in the process of collecting the confirmation sample at that same sample point, EP-D, preferably within the next two weeks. I also advised Shannon to collect additional water samples at the system's other two sample locations, the EP-A and EP-C sample points. Shannon asked if she may call me to let me know that the samples have collected, and I said that was acceptable. |
