| Details: | Operator contact me to relay information about the most recent coliform results which were all positive in the distribution system. This after a second round of disinfection. The well #2 which originally caused this problem has been shut down. We discuss dead ends, dead lines, broken valves and backflow devices. The system does not have any maps of water lines and or sewer lines. Chlorine residual maintenance was also discussed including that plan review is required. | ||
