| Details: | I spoke with the newly designated DRC Scott McEnroe regarding the status of lead and copper sampling the system provided in November 2017 and the violation for no samples during 2017. I informed him samples taken outside the 6/1-9/30 period were considered invalid, and samples must be taken within the summer period of 2018, and continue every third year unless informed otherwise. | ||
