The routine water sample taken October 29, 2019 was positive for total coliform bacteria. Use your Coliform Sampling Plan to take 3 repeat samples: 1 repeat sample from the routine tap 1 repeat sample within 5 connections upstream 1 repeat sample within 5 connections downstream Additionally take 3 Triggered source water samples: 1 at SRC-AA - WELL #1 1 at SRC-AB - WELL #2 1 at SRC-AC - WELL #3 All 6 samples are due by November 9, 2019. |
