| Details: | The operator contacted me by phone on Friday Nov, 1st. He reported that the monthly sample submitted on 10/31/19 was again positive for coliform. He had waited until the last day of the month as he was having difficulty having a company install the chlorinator that was approved by OHA-DWS. This disinfection system has been installed. | ||
