| Details: | Mr. Bond contacted our office via phone today. Last week, we had contacted the previous water system operator (11/1/19); we were informed that they no longer filled that role for Stadelman Fruit. We requested that the new responsible person contact our office as soon as possible. We discussed the outstanding M&R violations. We reviewed the chemical and coliform sampling schedule. We discussed lead & copper monitoring protocols. We sent an email with web-links to written protocol examples as well as to the SDWIS online data for this water system. We documented and updated the water system contact info for this water system (Water System INFO form). |
