Details:	The water system for Michael Curry Design (PWS# 41 95224) is in violation for having no documented written Emergency Response Plan, Operation & Maintenance Manual or Coliform Sampling Plan. On 11/5/2019, I spoke with Kathy McMullen, the water system contact, informing her of this on the phone. I also emailed Kathy McMullen templates and instructions from Oregon Health Authority on how to complete these three documents, which have a due date of November 19, 2019.
