| Details: | Called Caitlin today after getting an alert on their coliform positive result. Reached her voicemail, and told her on the voicemail that she will need to take a source sample and 3 repeats. They have had 3 positive monthly coliform results in the past 4 months. This has triggered another level 2 investigation, the third in the past year. There will need to be a demonstration of actions taken for the system or they will be under enforcement after their extension for installing disinfection date is January. | ||
