Details:	On November 7, 2019, I spoke with Steve W on the phone who informed me that for PWS# 4101311, listed as Riverwood MHP Columbia Co, many water samples have been collected for the system and submitted to the lab, including IOCs, VOCs, arsenic, etc. He also informed me that the water system's contact, Sloan Nelson, is looking to possibly blend the two water sources from both wells on the property. Steve mentioned that Sloan Nelson also is changing the name to "Laurelridge" as well. Steve called asking to know what the next step was, or if Columbia County Public Health needed to complete a visit of the system in the field. Our records show that the system's last Water System Survey was completed in 2016, so they are due for one this year, according to our records. I told Steve that I would check with my supervisor regarding this issue, and also research more about the recent history of Riverwood MHP Columbia Co (PWS# 41-01311), and that I would let him know the next step of the process once I determine it according to our schedule.
