| Details: | On 01.25.2018 I contacted Ms. Chamberlain and informed her that going forward their water system will be considered an “Unregulated Public Drinking Water System”. The RV park has less than 10 people using the water. An Unregulated Public Drinking Water System means a licensed facility under OAR 333 Divion 31 Recreation Parks Rule, that is not regulated under OAR 333-061, Public Water Systems. These systems must comply with the requirements of OAR 333-031-0004. Their water sampling schedule will remain the same. In other words, the RV park would continue on “Quarterly Sampling” . A quarterly sample is a routine coliform sample taken and submitted to our office (Curry Community Health) according to the following schedule: 1st Quarter is from January 1 through March 31*, 2nd Quarter is from April 1 through June 30, 3rd Quarter is from July 1 through September 30 and the 4th Quarter is from October 1 through December 31. |
