| Details: | On 11.01.2019 I contacted Ms. Chamberlain to verify the status of the Illinois River RV Park. Ms. Chamberlain reported that there are only two RV sites and both are occupied by year-round tenants. Under OAR 333-031 Recreation Park Rule, long term rental sites (more than 90 days) are not under the Recreation Park Rule. The owner was informed that going forward, Illinois River Lodge RV Park will no longer be licensed by our Environmental Health Services office. However, if only one site is kept for daily rental, the owner would need to license that site as an RV site. At that time, they would also have to restart their quarterly water sampling. | ||
