| Details: | On 11.13.2019 I contacted Mr. Kimball. I reminded the operator that they need to collect one coliform sample for each of the 6 months they are open. I informed the operator that in the past a seasonal water system like theirs was required to collect quarterly samples, but new coliform rules went into effect April 1, 2016. The new rules require seasonal system to collect monthly samples during their operation period. In addition to the monthly sampling requirement, they are also required to complete startup procedures and return a signed checklist to Oregon DWS before serving water to the public each season. I emailed Mr. Kimball a copy of the signed checklist and a copy of the exemptions for the start-up procedure. Their operation period is during the months of Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, & March. | ||
