| Details: | Pam forgot to take the conformation sample. She said she would take in two samples for Arsenic today (one prior to treatment and the other post treatment). System has Arsenic treatment on the system. Star Water said they likely need new media and that has been ordered. Asked system to go to bottled water, for drinking and cooking, until we get the results back of the most recent testing. 11/12/19 Pam confirmed that they did switch to bottled water. | ||
