| Details: | Discussed the Level 2 Coliform investigation that is the result of the most recent total coliform positive. This discussion revealed that the past sample locations were from swivel faucets. Bruce agreed to have three more samples taken throughout distribution system from faucets that do not swivel by June 22, 2018. The firm is now aware that monthly coliform tests will be required starting July 2018. | ||
