| Details: | On 10.31.2019, I contacted Mr. Harkey informing him that I have discussed their case with the Drinking Water Services (DWS) and the determination at this point is that Riverview Village water system would not be classified as a purchasing water system. Next step I will notify DWS office to deactivate Riverview Village as a PWS from the database. This case has opened up a discussion within the DWS that will hopefully bring about a written rule interpretation that clarifies this situation for us regulators, and possibly even clearer language in the Oregon Administrative Rules themselves when those rules are updated in the future. |
