| Details: | Tom got a violation postcard in the mail and didn't know why. System was placed on monthly sampling last year because they had a Level 1 investigation and had several vio's for not sampling for coliform. I told him he needed to stay on monthly sampling and to turn in a coliform sample ASAP. | ||
