| Details: | On November 15, 2019, we received a Water Quality Alert notification for Warren Water Association (PWS#41-00726) regarding a positive Total Coliform sample test result. At first I spoke with Wendy Provins at her phone number (503) 397-3280, listed as the contact for the system on SDWIS/Data Online. Wendy told me that Justin Nelson had retested the water system today and had taken multiple samples. Wendy then forwarded Justin's phone number to me as listed above. I called Justin, and left him a message detailing the follow-up sample requirements, consisting of three repeat samples and one "triggered" sample from the raw water sample tap, which is representative of the water source prior to treatment. Justin then called me back and told me that the 3 repeat and 1 triggered samples were collected today. The sample results were taken to the same laboratory, and the results are to be determined. |
