Details:	ERIC CALLED ME TO CONFIRM WHAT TO DO, AS HE JUST FOUND OUT HIS QUARTERLY SAMPLE WAS TC POSITIVE. TOLD HIM COLLECT 3 REPEAT SAMPLES, INCLUDING SITE THAT WAS POSITIVE, AND AN ADDITIONAL SOURCE SAMPLE. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AN ALERT. Spoke with Eric on 11/20/2019. 3 repeats in distribution and one triggered sample at the source have been taken. Advised to take 3 temporary routines in distribution in December. --CGR
