Details:	Nick Marquez received a notice from the state that they have 4 violation points on their system score. Looking at their violation history, they have 3 points from late/nonreporting of a source sample in 2014, 2017, and 2018. They have turned in a source sample for 2019 and I will request to have these points removed from the system score. The 4th point on the system is for missing their 3rd quarterly routine coliform sample. They have turned in their 4th quarter sample for this year. I will request to have this point removed from the system score as well.
