| Details: | I contacted Mr. Singh to ask why a monthly coliform sample was not submitted to the regulatory authority for October 2019 and he said that he forgot to collect and submit the sample. He will collect and submit the November 2019 sample to the lab tomorrow. I advised him that one of the requirements for eligibility to return to quarterly monitoring is that the system will need 12 consecutive months of coliform sampling with no monitoring and reporting violations or coliform investigations triggered. | ||
