| Details: | I contacted Debbie about the routine positive sample for November. They were instructed to take three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample at each of the wells. The repeat samples and triggered source samples were taken. 2/3 repeat distribution samples are TC+ and 3/4 triggered source samples are TC+. I will provide the operator with a Level 1 investigation form. The system is scheduled for survey on 12/5/19. |
