Details:	Stated the need to take three temporary routine samples in December of 2019 in the distribution system. If those are absent then the firm will be back to doing two quarterly samples in the distribution system. The two samples are required because some of the water in the distribution system receives UV treatment (new tasting room), and other areas do not (old tasting room and winery), you are required to provide the results from quarterly water quality monitoring for coliform bacteria from two locations – one from a sink in either the old tasting room or winery, and a second from a sink in the new tasting room.
