| Details: | System did not meet disinfection CTs on 4 days in October (7,8, 14, and 15), due to the chlorine residual at the first customer measured at around 0.8 ppm versus the normal 1.3 ppm. The system was simulating holding a lower residual with a peak demand flow prior to conducting a tracer study in mid-October. As a result the system saw lower residuals and increased contact times. System increased residual and decreased demand flow, and has since met the disinfection requirements since this time. System has been sent a public notice template and will send all customers a copy with the next month's bills, with a copy to DWS. DWS will work with those conducting tracer studies to ensure that chlorine residuals are kept at levels sufficient to meet all disinfection requirements, during the future. | ||
