| Details: | I contacted the operator to let him know about the coliform positive sample. He said that he was notified & would be taking the follow up samples tomorrow. I reminded him to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system & source sample at the well head. He thought that the UV units were working but would check on them. I also let him know that a level 1 coliform investigation would be triggered if any follow up samples were positive. | ||
