Details:	The operator called to let me know that all of the follow up samples were coliform positive. He found that the UV light was past due to be replaced. He will replace light bulbs & sleeves in both UV units. He will complete the level 1 coliform investigation. I also let him know that three temporary routine coliform samples will be due in Dec.
