| Details: | According to the Response Chart, repeat coliform positive result should require a level 1 investigation. The State Drinking Water Program will mail the Level 1 Investigation form to the water system . Complete the investigation and then send it to me for review. I will sign it and send it on to the State, or contact you with any questions I have. You should try to discern what may have caused the positive coliform result and try to resolve it, before taking the 3 Temporary Routine samples (in distribution) in December. | ||
