Details: Operator had a quarterly coliform sample come back positive for total coliform.
Operator took 4 additional samples on 6/8/2018. One source water assessment labeled Triggered. One at the same site, one up stream, and one down stream.
Addressed issue in the field on 6/11/2018. Operator stated that lab had told him next round of results would be emailed out soon.
Awaiting results.
