| Details: | Contacted facility owner by phone. Explained that the facility has not submitted the required annual nitrate test results since 2015 and has not been regularly submitting quarterly coliform test results. Explained that they had submitted two coliform tests results in the first quarter of 2018 and still would be required to submit a quarterly coliform test result before June 30th, 2018, for the second quarter. Facility owner agreed to submit annual nitrate sample and quarterly coliform to Nielsen Research today for testing. Facility owner explained that she is aware of water testing requirements. | ||
