| Details: | 11-22: We received a water quality alert this afternoon for 3 positive repeat samples for total coliform. I called Mike Stone and left a message, informing him that a Level 1 Coliform Investigation will need to be completed within 30 days, as well as some corrective action measure. Also, the system is required to collect 3 confirmation routine samples for total coliform the following month, in December. Later that afternoon, Mike Stone called me back and left a message stating that he had discussed this situation with David Jacob, the water engineer, who he says will come up on Tuesday to help figure out the situation, and possibly drain the reservoir at that site, he thinks it could possibly be a pressure tank issue too, and added that he and David will assess the situation and hopefully resolve the issue. |
