| Details: | I met with the owner of the firm, Herb Miller, to conduct a water system survey. While having a discussion with Mr. Miller on what the water is used for at the firm, I noted that the firm no longer meets the criteria (water no longer used for ice production, soda fountain, or coffee production) for being a Transient Non-Community public water system. I informed Mr. Miller that I would deactivate the firm on the SDWIS database. I relayed to the owner of the firm that the firm will still need to conduct a yearly coliform sample and to provide these results to the Oregon Department of Agriculture. | ||
