Details:	A notice intended for J & M Mobile Home Park regarding the system's one or more violations was sent back to our office, with a "return to sender" note. I called and spoke with the lady at the office regarding this and was given an updated mailing address: PO BOX 872950 Vancouver, WA 98687. I informed her that the system was required to sample for lead and copper every three years and is overdue for those samples. According to SDWIS/Data Online the water system also does not have a listed DRC - Direct Responsible Charge. I asked who the current contact or person in charge of the water system is, and I was told that she will have a representative of the water system call me back with that information.
