Details:	Yesterday, 11/25/19 I spoke with Melvin Olson regarding a non-reporting violation for lead and copper water samples, where he told me he believed he was up to date with all their testing. I told Melvin that according to our records, the most recent lead and copper test results we had from Cedar Tree MHP was from December 2018. He told me all the sampling from their system is done with Alexin Analytical lab in Tigard. I then called Alexin Analytical, who confirmed that they did receive lead and copper water samples from Cedar Tree MHP in May of this year. They also said that the water system needs to grant permission for the testing lab to forward the results to Oregon Health Authority or Columbia County Public Health. Today, 11/26/19 I called Melvin Olson again, who told me that the water sample results have now been forwarded to Oregon Health Authority.
