| Details: | October was the first month that Bridge WD was wholly on the new treatment system (slow sand and UV). The final compliance and enforcement action (from the BCA) was to submit a satisfactory surface water treatment report using the new equipment. Now that that has been done, it appears the BCA compliance actions may be closed out. I will notify our enforcement staff. I will also let Daniel Horner know that he should record the turbidity reading on the form in the time column closest to when the reading was taken that day. Daniel reports they still do not have a signed contract with their intended certified DRC, Ernie Newton. I asked him to cc me when he submits that contract and the DRC designation form. |
