| Details: | Contacted Jim Adams and Karen Pierce by phone on COLI ALERT 19544 for confirmed E-Coli in distribution from repeat samples taken 11/23/2019. Level 2 Investigation will be conducted. Boil Notice has been posted. Public Notification is ongoing with the 36 homes in the subdivision. Triggered source samples came back absent. System was to be shock chlorinated and sampling protocol will be evaluated. Routine samples will be taken once corrective actions are in place. | ||
