| Details: | I spoke to Joann and Steve today regarding the total coliform positive result from the 25th. Steve was in the process of taking four repeat samples. Steve said he had been testing chlorine residual when sampling, but may have been remiss on the last round due to problems with the chemical feed equipment and other more pressing concerns. I noted that chlorine residuals are to be tested when taking samples. The connection to the Coos Bay/North Bend water system has not yet occurred, but is projected to happen within the next month. I noted that three temporary routine samples should be taken in December if it looks like the connection and subsequent inactivation of Wildwood Estates as a regulated water system will be delayed into January. |
