| Details: | Due to E. coli concentration in the water source, the district is required to monitor Cryptosporidium for 24 consecutive cycles. The City chose to collect samples bi-weekly. As the OHA Circuit Rider we assist the water system with LT2 reporting requirements. We are coordinating sample collection and shipment to the laboratory and pass through lab and shipping costs. Based on our interactions with WS staff we send reminders to water systems on test weeks and solicits questions and feedback from operators to ensure proper sampling protocols are met. Or if they are not staffed in a manner to help with testing, we travel to the water system to facilitate the sample collection. Sample test results are uploaded monthly to the State reporting email. Bi-weekly monitoring needs to continue through March 2020. Lab results. |
