| Details: | Eddy Montgomery of Whistlers Bend contacted Civil West to ask for assistance and guidance with testing requirements and surface water quality issues related to their recent approval to pump water from the Umpqua River. 5-7-19 – Will Dawson met with Eddy on site for a site visit and to discus their system. Will then provided additional information and reference links to Eddy via email regarding his request. A Tracer study is required of the water system which will be provided through a separate Circuit Rider effort. |
