| Details: | The well driller’s log for the well casing indicated possibly that an insufficient number of sacks of casing materials were used in the construction of the well. The plan review was rejected for this reason. The circuit rider has reviewed the well driller’s log and inquired with state geologist Tom Pattee. Tom said that there was an amended log available and that the well driller should re-submit to the state. The amended log indicates a quantity and volume of material that should pass plan check. Driller’s amended log to be re-submitted to Pete Farrelly for review. N/A |
