| Details: | Today an email was sent in addition to speaking with the operator. It was discussed that the firm is responsible for submitting a monthly coliform sample from the distribution in addition to one annual source water test. The operator explained that a coliform sample was submitted during the month of November. This data has not been added to data online as of yet. It was discussed that the facility has not submitted their annual source water test yet and must do so before the end of the year. Operator agreed to sample as required. | ||
