Details: Today an email was sent to the operator as contact by phone has been unsuccessful. In the email, it was explained that the firm is responsible for submitting quarterly coliform test results from the distribution. It was explained that the firm missed their 3rd quarter reporting and still have not submitted test results for the 4th quarter of 2019. It was also explained that the firm will need to submit one source water test every year.
